Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless items are personalized, please add an additional 3-5 business for processing. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

All items will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

USPS is experiencing unprecedented amount of volume. Mail has increased and with limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19 delivery delays can may occur which is beyond our control.

 

In some cases, scans are not taking place because of the sheer volume of parcels and COVID -19. Sometime items may arrive before the scan even shows any movement, please patient during these difficult times.

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

www.craftypolarbear.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

 

www.craftypolarbear.com is not liable for any products lost or misdelivered during shipping. If you have not received your order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and reimbursement.

 

 

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the United States.
